Plover, March 2, 2026 — The Village of Plover Plan Commission on Tuesday recommended Village Board approval of two final subdivision plats: Green Tree Farm, submitted by Green Tree Construction Inc., and Arbor Haven V, submitted by Classic Development Corp of Plover.
Adam DeKleyn, a village staff member, reviewed the staff reports. He presented the Final Plat for Green Tree Farm (Pleasant Drive/CTH R, PIN: 173230826-16.04). For Arbor Haven V (Amberwood Way, PIN: 173230825-09.05), DeKleyn noted that the preliminary plat had been approved by the Plan Commission and Village Board in June 2021.
Commissioner Al Tessmann moved to approve the Green Tree Farm final plat and to recommend it to the Village Board; Josh Winter seconded and the motion carried. Tessmann then moved to approve the Arbor Haven V final plat and recommend it to the Village Board; Winter seconded and the motion carried.
