Tarrant County election board appoints ballot board members, approves procurement for November

After discussion of party-submitted appointment lists and statutory order requirements, the board moved to appoint positions 1 through 9 from each party's submitted lists as members of the early voting ballot board for the Nov. 3, 2026 election, with the remainder of each list to serve as alternates. The chair made the motion; it was seconded and carried.
