Sandi Pierson told the board she allowed an in-person visit by Avitar but, after calling and asking for justification for increases in her property value when she had made no improvements, was "unhappy with the answer." Pierson said she has "no faith in the Avitar Assessing experience."
Judith Lindahl said she had a similar experience and said she was "equally unhappy with Avitar." Neither the transcript nor the meeting minutes record a direct response from the board or a representative of Avitar during the meeting.
