Matthews Storage (zoning application 2024817): Planning staff requested a continuance for the application at 9520 East Independence Boulevard. Commissioner Carrie Lamson moved to continue the matter to August; Commissioner Jennifer Garrity seconded. The motion passed 6–1 with Commissioner John Urban recorded in opposition.
Monroe Road Holdings (zoning application 2026818): The Board approved an amended text change to add indoor tennis and racket sports as permitted uses in the I‑1 district. Commissioner Bridal Hacker moved for approval; Commissioner Urban seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
