St. Paul council approves $22,100 amendment for 3rd Street paving services

The amendment, dated July 7, 2025, increases professional services in the amount of $22,100 for construction observation and testing related to paving and storm sewer improvements on 3rd Street from "0" Street to roughly 225 feet north. Mark Wilson moved to approve the amendment and Jerry Woodgate seconded; the motion passed 4-0.
City Engineer Jeff Palik attended the meeting to answer council questions about the scope. The approval authorizes Olsson to proceed with the additional observation and testing work described in the amendment.
