The motion to approve the agreement passed; roll-call included Councilor Taylor (aye), Councilor Leaswal (aye), Councilor Dites (no) and Councilor Proctor (aye).
Councilors said they expect the consultant to work closely with staff to reconcile records and prepare documentation that auditors require. If the consultant spends the full amount, the council retained the option to revisit procurement and potentially issue an RFP.
