The Rogersville Board of Aldermen approved four ordinances on Oct. 6, taking first and second readings and passing each by roll call vote.
Bill #10062025A amends section 330.010 (one-way streets and alleys) as it applies to Roberson Street; the motion to approve passed on roll call with Aldermen Stucki, Pyle and Lee recorded as Aye and Alderman Tim Clarkson recorded as Nay. Bills #10062025B (amending section 135.100, "notice defined" for procurement), #10062025C (authorizing the mayor to execute documents regarding Letters of Credit, referencing a red leg 2017 agreement) and Bill #10062025D (amending section 135.090, formal contract procedure for procurement) were presented on first and second readings and approved by roll call votes with all aldermen recorded as Aye.
The minutes show each ordinance was approved during the meeting; the board noted that a contract and ordinance will follow where applicable (for example, to implement the Lakeside Box Culvert award). No amendments to the ordinances were recorded during the meeting.
