The Town of Colonial Hills Board of Commissioners on July 13 approved the consent agenda, which included adoption of minutes, the May monthly report, four budget amendments, a budget transfer to MIS, and acceptance of streets and rights-of-way for Powellville.
The town manager presented the consent items and recommended adoption of the attached resolution to accept the streets and right-of-way petitioned by developer Gary H. Dunston Jr. into the town's public street system. "Staff recommends approval of the consent agenda as presented," the town manager said.
A motion to approve the consent agenda was made and seconded; the board approved the consent agenda by voice vote (the transcript records "Aye") with no roll-call tally in the spoken record.
The Powellville acceptance will revise and adopt the Powellville map to reflect the completed street improvements; the map was posted in the town's planning/land-use electronic system, according to the presentation. The consent packet also included four budget amendments and one budget transfer from finance to MIS; the transcript did not specify amounts or line-item details.
The board moved on to a second public-comment opportunity and then adjourned the meeting.
