Hannah Foods International presented an amended site plan on July 15 that reduces a previously approved addition from roughly 4,000 square feet to about 2,300 square feet and reconfigures parking and the park area. The developer said the previously approved curb cut and DOT approvals remain in place and that some earlier waivers granted in October 2024 continue to apply.
Consultant Michael Malinowski said the revised plan reduces overall paved area by about 2,000 square feet, maintains the existing loading dock, and adjusts the driveway alignment on Rose Avenue. The board asked for confirmation of septic approvals and receipt of any outstanding permits; the applicant said the septic system was replaced about five years ago and is oversized for the proposed flows.
Board members agreed to affirm carry‑forward of October 24, 2024 waivers where applicable and approved the amended site plan with conditions including final stamped plans and submission of the updated septic/permit numbers.
