The board’s conditional approval requires submission of all applicable professional stamps, the NH DOT driveway permit, and final plans reflecting UTC/MUTCD‑compliant striping and code‑compliant lighting; it also noted a $2,921 public‑safety impact fee tied to the addition size should the building size change. The motion passed 5‑0‑0.
The applicant said he intends to operate seasonally into evening hours and to keep the existing fenced foundation closed off to the public. The board asked the building/code official to verify electrical/lighting permits during construction.
