The consent agenda included minutes from the April 13 meeting; a long list of personnel actions spanning retirements, certified and classified separations, new hires, ECA and supplemental assignments, transfers and temporary hires; several out-of-state and overnight field trips at multiple grade levels; donations to school programs; disposal lists for outdated or damaged materials; an ECA strings purchase (six concert cellos and one concert bass for $7,972.00); the monthly financial report for March 2026; and claims and payroll figures totaling $8,832,019.25 (claims) and $5,204,918.36 (payroll).
Mrs. Jennifer Valentine moved to accept the consent agenda as presented; Dr. Christy Wessel-Powell seconded. The motion passed unanimously, 4-0. The board did not separate any item from the consent agenda for individual discussion in this meeting.
