The Leitchfield Planning Commission approved the minutes of its June 29 meeting and briefly discussed the status of the city’s comprehensive plan before adjourning.
At the start of the meeting the chair called for roll and asked Miss Missy, the commission clerk, to record attendance; Commissioners Whitmore, Vice Chair Bowman, Chairman Buckles, Commissioners Clemens and Gibson were recorded as present. A commissioner identified in the transcript as “Wes” moved to "capitalize Buckles" in the minutes and to accept the June 29 minutes as presented; April seconded the motion. The commission approved the motion by voice vote after members responded "aye." The meeting record does not list individual recorded votes.
Commissioners briefly raised the comprehensive plan during old and unfinished business and asked about when the plan would be posted online as an e-plan. Staff indicated there was no new action on the plan at this meeting and did not provide a public-posting date. The agenda contained no other substantive new business.
A motion to adjourn was made and seconded; the chair closed the meeting.
