Rainier SD 13 board elects new chair and vice chair; approves contracts, budget transfers and superintendent extension

Finally, the board voted unanimously to extend Superintendent Hall’s contract for the additional years permitted by law. The board then moved into an executive session to conduct labor‑negotiation deliberations under Oregon law and returned to open session to hear board comments and adjourn.
