The policy under review is listed in the meeting packet as Library of Things Policy #5-9 (June 2024 version). No motion or vote to adopt revisions occurred at this meeting; the item was held for further staff edits and formal review in January.
The board's action was procedural: trustees examined the current text and requested staff-led clarifications before any formal update. The item will return to the agenda in January when trustees will have a revised draft to consider.
