Councilmember (S8) moved to appoint Dan Harris to replace Edward Vallejo IV on the Board of Adjustments; the motion was seconded and passed. Mayor (S1) welcomed Harris back.
Council also reappointed Anthony Collins to the grievance board; the motion passed without discussion.
Staff noted these are voluntary positions and that members should be prepared to support their votes if challenged in court.
