Planning Board directs staff to confirm compliance for erosion control at 20 Jennifer Rose Way

The Planning Board on Nov. 6 heard a short staff report on an erosion- and sediment-control review for a single-family residence at 20 Jennifer Rose Way in the Town's critical environmental area (Chadwick Lake watershed).
Pat Hines of MHE said the project is minor, does not exceed lot-coverage limits and requires a Planning Board review letter confirming compliance when an erosion- and sediment-control plan is implemented; his office will coordinate with the Building Department on the technical review. John Ward moved and Stephanie DeLuca seconded a motion directing Pat Hines to prepare the memo to Code Compliance; the board voted unanimously.
