Ross Winglovitz said notices have been completed and the amended plan is largely internal; Pat Hines noted that the Orange County Planning Department issued a local determination with no intermunicipal impacts. The board waived a public hearing and authorized resolution preparation, with the usual condition that outstanding fees be paid and final engineering comments addressed before the certificate of occupancy is issued.
