Lisbon Selectmen approve minutes, tax warrants and multiple oaths; schedule next meeting

Brian Higgins moved and Arthur Boutin seconded approval of the March 16 meeting minutes; the motion carried unanimously. The board approved a Notice of Intent to Cut for Map and Lot R17 L17 (logger: Errol Peters) and two timber tax bills (Map and Lot R05 L02: $216.33; Map and Lot R05 L07: $1,798.38), with motions carrying as recorded. An excavation tax bill for Map and Lot R17 L07 A for $170.00 was also approved by motion.
The board administered and approved oaths of office for Sandra Butson (Planning Board, three-year term), Todd Fisher (Cemetery Trustees, three-year term), Scott Champagne (Emergency Management Director, three-year term), Elaine Brown (Town Treasurer, one-year term), Gary Ghioto (Zoning Board of Adjustment, three-year term), Lindsay Champagne (Deputy Tax Collector, one-year term), and Diana McGrath (Assistant Town Clerk, one-year term).
The board approved an elderly exemption application and discussed reviewing income threshold levels used to determine eligibility, noting those amounts have not been updated recently. Administrative Assistant Krystle Dow announced hydrant flushing scheduled for April 13–17. The meeting adjourned at 7:33 p.m.; the next regular Selectboard meeting is April 13, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.
