Lisbon — At its April 9, 2026 meeting, the Lisbon Planning Board reviewed and edited proposed changes to the town’s subdivision regulations and site‑plan review regulations and voted to schedule a public hearing on the amended language.
Consultant Tara Bamford participated by Zoom and guided the board through two edits: one to align text with a previously posted newspaper notice and one to align language with material on the town website. Following discussion the board voted to place the edited regulations on a public hearing agenda (motion and vote counts not specified in the minutes).
The vote to schedule the hearing was administrative and procedural; no substantive policy changes were adopted at the meeting. The board adjourned at 8:51 p.m.
