Planning staff reported that the Phase 2 Industrial Way condominium conversion and a major site plan for Devaney Energy, which would host a propane distribution facility off Industrial Way, had both requested continuances to the July 28 meeting. Staff said Devaney Energy had received engineering review comments only within the last day and wanted time to address them.
A board member moved to continue the Phase 2 condominium conversion; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. The board then moved, seconded and approved a continuance for the Devaney Energy site-plan application.
The continuances postpone any final action on either matter and allow staff and applicants to provide updated materials, including responses to engineering comments, before the board takes up either item again.
