Executive sessions - The board voted to enter two executive sessions. The first, recorded, was convened under Colorado’s Open Meetings Act provisions to discuss county manager applicants and included the three commissioners, the county attorney and the human resources director. The second, not recorded, was held for legal advice and direction regarding the county’s agreement with Montrose Regional Health and included the board and the county attorney. County Attorney Julie Andress told the public afterward that no decisions were made in either session.
