The record also included a 20-year expiration on a waiver tied to special improvement districts for road maintenance.
During public comment, Dawn Thompson, an adjacent landowner, asked whether the development would access the flood levee and what 'mixed use' would allow. Staff explained mixed-use zoning allows both residential and higher-intensity uses and confirmed the access referenced by the commenter would be off Highway 89. Thompson stated she had no further concerns after that clarification.
The board adopted the staff findings and the conditions as presented.
