Silver Creek P&Z approves agenda and minutes; schedules compliance reviews and continues one project

At its March 3 meeting the Planning & Zoning board approved the agenda and Feb. 5 minutes by 9-0 votes, recommended a two-year compliance review for Up the Creek Bar (next review March 2028), and continued the Ucker/Bragman Project to April.
Silver Creek Township Planning & Zoning convened at 7:07 p.m. on March 3. The board approved the meeting agenda (motion by Supervisor Helman; second by Commissioner Egge) and the Feb. 5, 2026 minutes (motion by Commissioner Egge; second by Commissioner Vanek), each by 9-0 votes.
Under new business the board reviewed Up the Creek Bar for compliance and, noting no recent complaints, voted 9-0 to recommend a follow-up review in March 2028. The Ucker/Bragman Project was continued to the April meeting for further consideration. The meeting concluded after the Huerta Dog Kennel IUP action; Commissioner Egge moved and Supervisor Nelson seconded to adjourn, and the meeting adjourned by a 9-0 vote.
The minutes record no items under old business and do not list additional conditions for the Up the Creek Bar compliance review beyond scheduling the 2028 follow-up.
