The clerk read three resignation letters into the record: Jesse Lorenzo Mosca, sanitation driver in the Department of Public Works, effective July 15, 2026; Keith Holler, part-time plumbing inspector in the building department, effective July 9, 2026; and David Doyle, digital evidence coordinator for the Hanover Township Police Department, effective July 15, 2026. A motion to accept the resignations was made and approved by voice vote.
The committee then moved to approve meeting minutes from June 11 and June 25; minutes were approved with one member noting an abstention to be recorded later. The clerk presented the consent agenda of resolutions numbered 147 through 160 (2026); a motion and second carried to approve the consent agenda.
Finance matters followed. The clerk presented bills totaling $10,336,703.46 for payment. A motion to authorize payment was made, seconded and approved by voice vote.
No dissenting votes were recorded in open session on these items. The clerk noted all posted materials (resolutions and financials) are available in township records and on the official website.
