Melanie Needle said one of the goals for the upcoming year is to fix the CCRPC map server and requested that PAC members identify any projects that may come up between now and June 2025. Taylor Newton provided a staffing update for the land‑use team and confirmed that members should direct technical assistance questions to Kate McCarthy and Maya Balassa.
Paul Conner reminded members to email T. Newton and Darren Schibler with any upcoming Act 250 or Section 248 projects. D. Schibler noted that Maya Balassa will take over permit reviews starting in 2025. Staff also encouraged PAC members to request "Essentials of Land Use" trainings through Darren Schibler.
Chair Paul Conner adjourned the meeting at 3:40 p.m. The minutes were submitted by Maya Balassa.
