The Town of Scotland Planning & Zoning Commission approved the minutes of its April 15, 2026 meeting on a motion by R. Brautigam seconded by J. Jakubowski, with a correction to the spelling of J. Jakubowski’s name recorded in the minutes.
During the correspondence section, J. Blake provided an update; R. Brautigam requested that complaint counts be added to future reports. The minutes also note inquiries by J. Jakubowski about a tractor trailer on Gager Hill Road and the status of a letter of enforcement for Kemp Road. An open discussion followed; no formal action on those items was recorded in the minutes.
