McAllen commission approves CUPs, variances and multiple infrastructure contracts; directs TxDOT to remove a pedestrian overpass

The commission awarded a contract for 1st Street at Beaumont drainage improvements to the lowest responsive bidder in the amount of $177,203.50 and approved a budget amendment for FM 20220 landscape medians.
