The Parkland School Board voted Aug. 20 to approve the districtCOVID-19 health and safety plan for the 202425 school year and approved a package of contracts and procurement items during its regular meeting; most motions passed by voice vote.
The administration recommended and the board approved the "Parkland School District health and safety plan for COVID-19" and authorized the superintendent to make required revisions and submit the plan to the Pennsylvania Department of Education; the motion carried by voice vote.
The board also approved multiple contracts recommended by the Academics, Arts and Athletics Committee for the 2024
