Board of Estimates posts rescheduled bid openings for multiple Baltimore City procurements

At the July 15 Board of Estimates bid opening announcement, the clerk posted addenda that moved several solicitation opening dates.
The Department of Public Works sanitary sewer urgent-needs solicitation (SC1030R) and several procurement RFQs — automatic traffic violation enforcement systems (RFQ000798, technical requirements), supply and delivery of bulk chemicals (RFQ000770), and the Baltimore City ferry-boat design-build technical requirements (RFQ000808) — were rescheduled to open on August 5, 2026. A separate solicitation for testing, repairs and replacement of water meters (RFQ000822) was moved to August 19, 2026. The clerk said the list of opening results will be posted on the Board of Estimates website when available.
