Planning commission approves wall sign for Core by Kay at 35346 23 Mile Road

The City of New Baltimore Planning Commission approved a wall sign for Core by Kay Pilates at 35346 23 Mile Road during its meeting on May 26, 2026.
City Planner Steve Cassin told the commission the proposed 20-square-foot sign complies with the New Baltimore Sign Ordinance’s dimensional limits for the tenant’s 28-foot façade. "All requirements of the New Baltimore Sign Ordinance have been met. Therefore, I recommend approval," Cassin said. Lisa Baker of Sign Fabricators was present on behalf of the applicant.
Commissioner Eric Haydamack moved to approve sign application LPSI26-0004; Thomas Goldenbogen supported the motion and it carried. The sign approval was recorded without additional conditions.
