Edgecombe County board approves consent agenda, technical budget amendment and personnel actions after closed session

The motion to enter closed session was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote.
After returning to open session, the board approved personnel management items that had been discussed in closed session and approved the board's Dec. 15, 2025 closed session minutes. No additional details about the personnel matters were disclosed in open session. The meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn that carried by voice vote.
