Bonduel RDA says more than $60,000 awarded through façade grants; about $39,000 remains

Hughes said approximately $39,000 remains available for award before the end of the year and encouraged any business planning a façade improvement project to submit an application. Questions about the program or the application process should be directed to the Village office, she said.
The RDA official framed the grants as one part of broader efforts to strengthen downtown commerce by making storefronts more inviting. No formal vote or motion was taken on grant criteria or awards at the meeting; the comments were informational and aimed at encouraging eligible businesses to apply.
The RDA also discussed scheduling for future business meetings and outreach to help more businesses learn about the SBDG program.
