Town staff reports on EMS supply needs, CERT training and utility-billing review with Rocky Mountain Power

On emergency services, staff reported continued progress on Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training and named three community volunteers slated for train-the-trainer certification: Jennifer Robinson, Jeffrey Bronson and Benjamin Allred. EMS staff said routine operations continue but that medical supplies will require replenishment due to recent usage.
In administration, staff said Rocky Mountain Power met with town staff and agreed to review the town’s billing classifications, rate schedules and service accounts to identify potential cost savings. Councilors asked for an itemized mapping of every utility meter to facility locations and billing schedules. Staff clarified that an account labeled "cell service equipment" appears to be associated with water-system communications equipment rather than cellular service. No formal decisions were made; staff will return with meter-by-meter information and supply-restocking plans.
