Trustee Streetman moved to approve the MOU; Trustee Kay Zuleger seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
The MOU commits the village to the project share estimate; the exact final village obligation could change based on contract bids and final project scope. The board did not discuss specific financing sources at the meeting. The village will coordinate with Shawano County as the project moves toward the 2028 schedule.
