The Bonduel Village Board on May 13 unanimously adopted two formal resolutions: Resolution 2026‑05 approving an updated ambulance service agreement with Shawano Ambulance and Resolution 2026‑06 approving a Certified Survey Map (CSM) to combine three parcels at 130 N Cecil Street for Bonduel State Bank’s addition and remodel.
Board members noted the existing ambulance contract dated more than 33 years and said the Village Attorney had reviewed and recommended the updated agreement. Trustee Andrew Court moved and Trustee Kay Zuleger seconded introduction of Resolution 2026‑05; the roll call vote was recorded as Court‑Aye, Falk‑Aye, Pleshek‑Aye, Staszak‑Aye, Zuleger‑Aye and Gehm‑Aye, and the resolution passed unanimously.
Trustee Kay Zuleger moved and Trustee Sean Falk seconded introduction of Resolution 2026‑06 approving the CSM to combine the three parcels at 130 N Cecil Street; the roll call vote was recorded with the same six affirmative votes and the resolution passed unanimously.
Both resolutions were introduced and carried during the meeting; the minutes do not identify conditions or amendments attached to either approval.
