Board President Colt Grau called the Grady Municipal Schools Board to order at 5:59 p.m. Sept. 16 in the district’s regular boardroom and opened the meeting with a moment of silence.
Secretary Elnabeth Grau moved to adopt the meeting agenda; Chantry Borden seconded the motion, which passed 5-0. Later, Phillip Borden moved to approve the consent agenda and Elnabeth Grau seconded; that motion also passed unanimously.
During the limited public forum, teacher Andee Starbuck presented to the board. The minutes note the presentation but record that no board action followed.
Athletic coordinator Les Ciancio, Principal Michell Edwards and Superintendent Keith Durham each delivered routine reports to the board. The minutes indicate the reports were received without action.
