The commission decided it would be best to invite the resident to a future meeting to present details and answer questions.
The discussion recorded no formal vote on the signs. Next steps are for the clerk to collect contractor contacts, for the attorney to report back on the easement question, and for staff to place the matter on a future agenda so the resident can be invited to present a proposal.
