On Nov. 3 the Lisbon City Council approved the regular warrants and bills presented by the auditor. The list of approved payments includes a number of high-value items: Moore Engineering, Inc. for $177,778.20; Leadbetter Trust Account for $255,000.00; Bank of North Dakota for $111,134.81; and Fatman Trash, LLC for $30,553.74, among other claims.
The motion to approve bills was moved by Rob Waletzko and seconded by LyDell Mairs and recorded as All Aye. The meeting minutes list itemized warrants and vendor payments across multiple entries in the record; the council did not single out these payments for separate discussion in the minutes.
The auditor and finance staff will process payments per the approved warrants.
