The contractor submitted two traffic control plans — one that assumes closure and one that does not — and staff said the contractor will post signage once the county approves the traffic control plan.
Commission members acknowledged the local impact and noted they had contacted adjacent farmers; staff said affected farmers indicated they could accommodate a two‑day closure. The board agreed to allow staff to proceed with noticing the closure and approving the contractor’s traffic control plan.
