The Lisbon City Council handled a series of routine motions at its Oct. 6 meeting, including awarding a contents bid, naming a Lake Agassiz Water Authority representative, and approving a list of vendor bills and building permits.
The council awarded the contents at 305 Rose St to Kevin and Heather Bergemann for $1,500; the minutes state the contents must be removed by Nov. 10, 2025. Rob Waletzko moved to award the bid and Sandy Hoff seconded; the motion was recorded as "All Aye."
The council also named Mayor Tim Meyer as the Lake Agassiz Water Authority representative and Ben Gemar as alternate (motion by Waletzko, second by Jordan Matzke). The minutes list approvals of multiple vendor invoices (see minutes for the full vendor list) and note that the code administrator approved several building permits, including projects for Bryon & Renee Cunningham, Michael Carroll, Gordy's Grill & Fill and the Lisbon Rec Board.
A motion to approve the bills was moved by Rob Waletzko and seconded by Sandy Hoff; the minutes record the vote as "All Aye." The minutes list vendor names and amounts in successive segments; the record does not contain discussion of individual bills.
