Lisbon council approves Utility Improvement District plans and a $214,723.20 engineering invoice

The council then approved funding option No. 1 as presented by Moore Engineering (moved by Mairs, seconded by Gemar).
Council also approved Moore Engineering invoice SIN006222 in the amount of $214,723.20 (moved by Gemar, seconded by Mairs). The approval authorizes payment to Moore Engineering for services tied to the projects discussed during the meeting.
