The Knox County Commission voted 2-0 on Feb. 2 to convene an executive session to discuss a personnel matter under 1 M.R.S.A. §405(6)(E). Commissioner Morgan E.F. Hynd made the motion and Chair Edward B. Glaser seconded; the commission entered executive session at 10:34 a.m.
Public comment was opened at 10:34 a.m. and there were no speakers. The commission returned to open session at 11:49 a.m. and, with Hynd again moving and Glaser seconding, voted 2-0 to adjourn at 11:49 a.m.
The meeting was held at the Knox County Courthouse in Rockland. The minutes were signed "Respectfully Submitted" by Amber Christie. No votes on ordinances, budgets, appointments, or other public actions were recorded in the posted minutes for this special meeting.
