Mayor Parker moves council back into regular session; public hearings set for two ordinances on Sept. 10

"May I have a motion to come out of executive session?" the presiding officer asked, then said, "I move that we come out of executive session," before requesting a second. After a second was acknowledged, the mayor said, "Seeing and hearing none, we are back in regular session."
The presiding officer announced two pending ordinances—Ordinance 2025-015 and Ordinance 2025-017—and said public hearings on those measures will be held Sept. 10. The meeting host also read a schedule of upcoming advisory-board meetings: Parks and Recreation Advisory Board on July 10 at 5:30 p.m., Library Advisory Board on July 21 at 5:15 p.m., and a City Council meeting on July 23 at 6 p.m.
After the announcements the presiding officer closed the meeting, saying, "Having nothing further on our agenda, we are adjourned."
