Surveyor Dan Irvin presented a site plan for an addition and new parking at the Westmoreland County Food Bank property (tax map parcel 57‑12‑00‑0‑087). Commissioners requested a revised site plan that shows a 30‑foot front building setback from Devonshire Road and Cloverleaf Drive, 15‑foot side and rear setbacks, clear building dimensions and areas, and removal of topographic contours for clarity.
Staff also said the plan must demonstrate off‑street parking compliance and loading accommodations per Section 602: number and size of parking spaces (minimum 9 by 20 feet), distance between rows (not less than 24 feet), labeling and dimensions for three proposed loading docks, and internal circulation patterns. Planners asked that a note be added to address a shed shown encroaching onto a neighboring Rimco property, clarifying that approval does not authorize the encroachment and that the matter must be resolved privately between owners. The commission voted to table the plan until the applicant submits the required technical details, stormwater and erosion control approvals, and the plan revision number/date.
