On the salary‑placement policy, Board member Brian Chambers urged that the district first exhaust active recruitment efforts before using salary increases as a recruiting lever; Superintendent Todd McKee said HR already provides a mechanism for employees to request reconsideration of their pay‑scale placement. The board then voted electronically and approved the policy unanimously.
After policy votes, the board administered the oath of office to newly appointed Business Administrator Scott Rigby, who repeated the oath and was welcomed by trustees.
