Councilmember Amanda Hencken said she will ask Mr. Powell to provide a formalized list of restoration tasks that fits within the $3,000 budget; if that list is provided ahead of the April meeting, the council expects to consider and potentially approve the expenditure at that time.
No expenditure was approved on March 3; council directed staff and the volunteer to produce a specific, compliant scope and dollar estimate for the April meeting.
