Trustees moved and seconded approval of Resolution 2026‑016; the board approved the measure 5–0. The board then considered a construction‑engineering agreement with EEI to perform project oversight at a cost of $139,987; after brief discussion, the board approved that contract 5–0.
Engineer comments indicated staff proactively requested the additional funds and accelerated the project schedule to secure the increased federal participation. No substantive conditions or amendments were recorded during the approvals.
