The roll-call vote recorded Alderwoman Rhonda Moore, Alderman Jeremy Belle and Alderman John Cain voting “Aye” on the motion to enter executive session; the record notes Alderman Nicholas Holliday and Alderman James Ivory joined in person during the executive session.
After concluding the executive session the board voted to come out (the minutes say all present voted “Aye”) and then voted to adjourn the special meeting until the regularly scheduled board meeting on April 21, 2026 (motion by Alderman Jeremy Belle, seconded by Alderman John Cain; the minutes record all present voting “Aye”).
