Okauchee Lake district reports $394,959 in May revenues, approves May payments and minutes

Commissioner John Foley reported totals for the period ending May 31, 2026: total revenues $394,959.48; total expenditures $93,725.99; leaving a budgeted balance of $301,233.49.
When the board considered approved checks and vouchers, Foley noted an Inland Lakes Repair invoice amounted to almost $10,000. Commissioner Brian Sichi moved to approve payments submitted from May 12 through June 8, 2026; Foley seconded and "all were in favor," the meeting record shows. Sichi also moved to approve the May 11, 2026 meeting minutes; Foley seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
The board took no additional budget actions at the meeting. Foley was thanked by Chair Tom Godar for covering financial duties during a transition period; the board noted an open seat that will be filled by election at the district’s Annual Meeting on Aug. 24, 2026.
