Council asks staff to follow up on mowing violations and place former Koepp residence on next agenda

During the council comments at the June 22 meeting, Council Member Kyle Mohni inquired about the status of nuisance letters related to mowing violations at 1105 T Avenue and 1113 S Avenue and asked the city to pursue enforcement. City Administrator/Clerk LeAnn Reinsbach said she would consult with Zoning Administrator Bronson Seymour and follow up with council on the cases.
Mayor Bob Clark asked for an update on the former Koepp residence. Reinsbach reported she had attempted to contact Mark Engel twice during the previous week but had not received a return call; Mayor Clark asked that discussion of the former Koepp residence be added to the next council agenda for further action.
The meeting adjourned at 6:54 p.m. on a motion by Chris Hinshaw and second by Mac Arndt.
